What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct Bank Transfers,Visa and MasterCard for all orders. With your Order added to cart, we will send you the invoice as per your order with the Bank account details. Cash on Delivery is currently not available

Do you offer volume discounts?
We do not offer volume discounts for small quantities but possible only for bulk orders.

How can I track my shipment?
On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to the provided website link for local order respectively and international. For further details Email : fashion380worldwide@gmail.com

What shipping provider do you use?
We are partnered with Aramex, TCS, DHL and many Shipping Providers locally and worldwide.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at based on the Quantity, Weight, Dimensions and Geographical of your shipment, and the shipping address. To find out how much shipping will cost, please add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process. All delivery charges are in advance, no cash on delivery is acceptable.

What if the Product color varies ?
Fashion 380, ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, However, some color variations may be possible from Designer or Retailer end, Fashion 380 do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

Can I purchase from outside the GCC?
Currently not available. But will be available soon.

 How quickly will I get my order?
As all of our blinds are made to measure, you’ll have to factor in time for us to make and perfect your blind before it’s despatched. Once handed over to our couriers our expected lead time is 3 to 5 working days.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only before shipment and production. Later additional charges for cancellation shall be applied.

Can I amend my Order?
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

Can I return the Product?
We do not accept Returns and Refunds for Online Orders.

What If My Merchandise Is Damaged?
We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify and approve through email: fashion380worldwide@gmail.com.
